2ND ANNUAL “HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN” SOCK HOP SET FOR FRIDAY, SEPT. 29TH

Hancock County, Miss. June 20, 2023 -The Hancock Health Foundation is proud to announce that the 2nd Annual Happy Days Are Here Again will take place on Friday, Sept. 29th.  The inaugural event was very successful, raising nearly $7,000 to support the Hancock Health Foundation.  The Foundation is optimistic about the potential of its second event, with a goal of raising $10,000.

“We couldn’t be more excited to present this event again,” said Foundation President, Sherry Ponder.  “We look forward to seeing everyone in their 50’s finest to celebrate the start of the Cruisin’ season while supporting a good cause.”

This year’s event will take place on Friday, Sept. 29th at 7 p.m. at the Bay St. Louis Community Hall.  It will feature a live performance by renowned Elvis impersonator, Nick Perkins.  Uncle Joe’s Pizza & Wings will be catering and serving up all your 50’s diner favorites.  Tickets are $50 each.  Bring your credit card or checkbook to support the silent auction.  Beverages are BYOB.
